Terms of Service

Last updated: 27 September 2026

These terms govern your use of Tiny Brick City, the game and the website at tinybrickcity.com (together the "Service"). By using the Service you accept them.

1. Who we are

Tiny Brick City is a city builder game made of micro-scale brick models designed by Nicolas Carlier and BrickProject.

2. The game

Tiny Brick City is free to play in your web browser, with or without an account. The game is in active development: features, buildings and rules may change, be added or be removed at any time. We do our best to keep your cities working across updates, but during development a change may occasionally require resetting saved cities; if so, we will try to tell you in advance.

The game is currently free. If we introduce paid features, their price and terms will be shown and added to these terms before you can buy anything.

3. Accounts

You can create an account with Sign in with Google to save your cities and share them. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

4. Your cities

The cities you build are yours to enjoy and share. When you save a city, you allow us to store it and show it to you; when you choose to share a city, you allow us to display it publicly (on its share page and in the game), together with your display name, for as long as it stays shared. You can stop sharing or delete a city at any time.

Please keep city names and descriptions friendly: no offensive, hateful, illegal or misleading content, and nothing that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove content that breaks these rules.

5. Fair play

You may not:

6. Intellectual property

The game, its code, its visuals and the brick model designs (buildings, tiles, vehicles and figures) are protected by copyright and belong to us or to their designers. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play the game for your own, non-commercial use. You are welcome to share screenshots and videos of your cities, for example on social media; a mention of Tiny Brick City is appreciated.

Some of the buildings also have real building instructions in the Mini Modulars books by Nicolas Carlier and BrickProject; those books have their own terms.

7. Trademarks

LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group, which does not sponsor, authorise or endorse this game or website. Tiny Brick City is an independent game.

8. Availability and liability

We do our best to keep the Service available and working, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be available, error-free or that saved data will never be lost. The game runs in your browser and needs a device and browser that support it. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one on this page, with its date above; significant changes will be announced in the game or by email to signed-in players.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. If you have a problem, please contact us first at hello@tinybrickcity.com. Consumers keep the benefit of the mandatory rules of their country of residence and may bring proceedings before its courts.

11. Legal notice
